If you're not able to access your advising session activity, it usually means there are some requirement(s) that still need to be met.
Here are a few things to check for:
- Ensure that you have completed all 7 lessons and passed the quiz within each of these lessons. Here are a few ways to check how much you have completed and what may remain
- From your learning path page, you can see how much of the course you have completed. In order to access the advising session you should see 7/7
- From your learning path page, you can see how much of the course you have completed. In order to access the advising session you should see 7/7
- You can also see which lessons have been completed and passed from your learning path page as indicated with a green dot
- Lastly, you can always go into any lesson to see your progress as well as the highest quiz score you achieved. In this example, we can see this learner completed 100% of the lesson and received 100% on the quiz.
When all 7 lessons are completed and you’ve received 80% or higher on each of the quizzes, your advising session will show a start button, indicating that you can move forward to scheduling your advising session.
If you've confirmed that you've completed all necessary requirements these additional steps may help:
- Try refreshing your page and then see if you can access the advising details (you can click the refresh icon, typically located in the upper right corner of your browser, or by clicking Command + R on Mac and F5 on PC)
- Try logging out and logging back in and then try accessing the advising details
- Try clearing your cache and cookies and then log into the course and try accessing the advising details
- Try switching to a different browser like Google Chrome or Firefox. Both are free to download.
- If available to you, try switching to a different device such as a computer or laptop.
