Here are a few things to check for to make sure all of the requirements of your learning path have been met:
1. Log in to your account.
2. Go to the Learning Paths tab on your dashboard.
3. Select your learning path.
- Example: You might see something like Framework Homebuyer Education Course + Advising.
4. On your learning path page, check how much of the course you've completed.
- Example: To unlock the advising session, you should see 7/7 completed (circled in orange).
Alternative ways to check progress:
1. Look for green dots on your learning path page; these indicate lessons that have been completed and passed.
2. Click into any lesson to see detailed progress and your highest quiz score.
- Example: A fully completed lesson might show 100% completed and a quiz score of 100%.
Note: Once you've completed all 7 lessons and scored 80% or higher on each quiz, a Start button will appear for your advising session or check-in activity. This means you're ready to move forward with scheduling.
- Once you've entered the advising activity the button will say Continue and when the session has been marked as complete by your advisor it will say Review.
If you've confirmed all requirements are complete but still can't access your advising session, try the following:
- Refresh your page (Click the refresh icon in your browser, or press Command + R (Mac) or F5 (Windows)
- Log out and log back in, then check again.
- Clear your browser's cache and cookies, then log back in.
- Switch to a different browser, such as Google Chrome or Firefox (both are free to download).
- If available, try a different device, such as a laptop or desktop computer,
