Here are a few ways to access your payment confirmation and details.
Via Email:
You’ll receive an order confirmation email for each purchase, which includes the product or content purchased and the total paid.
If you're looking for proof of purchase, try searching your email folders for the subject “Order Confirmation” or from sender “noreply@frameworkhomeownership.org.”
Via Your Account:
- Log in to your Framework account
- Click on your name in the top right corner
- Select Account from the dropdown
- On the Account & Info page, select Purchases from the menu on the left
- From here, you can view your purchase history.
- Click Download to save a spreadsheet with your purchase information
