How do I reset my password?

If you're not logged in to your account, please follow these steps:

1. Go to your course landing page and click the sign-in button from the top right, or go to https://learn.frameworkhomeownership.org/learn/sign_in 
    
2. From the login page, click "Forgot your password?" 
   
    
3. Enter the email you used when you registered. 
   
    
4. Within a few minutes, you should receive an email with a password reset link.
    
5. Once you receive the email, please click the reset link and follow the instructions to create a new password. If you can't click the link, try copying and pasting it into a recommended browser, such as Chrome or Firefox. 
   
   
    
6. On the new open page, enter your new password into the fields and select "change password." 
   
   
    
7. You'll receive confirmation that your password has changed. You can now use this password to log in. 
   
   

If you're already logged in to your account, please follow these steps:

1. Select your name in the top right corner 
2. Select account
3. Scroll down to the section that says, "Click Here to Change Your Password."
4. On the page that appears, enter your current password where prompted, then enter the new password where prompted, and click the "Change Password" button to proceed with the change.
5. Once the change is completed, you will be asked to sign in with your new password.
